UGR-DONES facilities supporting IFMIF-DONES.
The main objective of this national project is the supply of scientific and technical industrial equipment for UGR-DONES and for the Unit of Mechatronics and Electronic Systems at the University of Granada’s Scientific Instrumentation Centre (CIC).
Total funding awarded for this infrastructure amounts to €1,567,053.91. The project began on 25 March 2025 and strengthens the mechatronics and robotics capabilities that support the IFMIF-DONES particle accelerator.
